Recently, Kementrian tenaga kerja Indonesia (Ministry of Labor) release new regulation ,Peraturan Mentri Ketenagekerjaan No 9 Tahun 2016, about safety in working at height.

In this regulation I can summarize as follow
- article 1.2 Definition for height measurement is not mentioned in this regulation (best practice still using OSHA standard 6 feet or 1.8 meter)
- article 3. For working at height activity, shall prepare :

- article 35 Worker : Competent & have authority in Safety , consist of :

Penalty Analysis
- Tracking Penalty from UU no 1 1970 : Any violation maximal fined IDR 100.000 and jailed 3 month (come on, revise this regulation) 😦
- Tracking Penalty from UU no 13 2003
Occupational & Safety mentioned in Article 86 & 87, and the penalty describe at article 190 . The explanation only mention about administrative Penalty
